Description
This float is made from a turned champagne cork body & Crow quill stems & orange over white painted tips, next, it has been dressed and lined using Emerald green and black silk thread. Finally, they all have a minimum of 10 coats of lacquer.
The length is 12.5 cm (4 7/8 “)
With all handmade floats the cocking weight might very a little, this one takes 1.6+ gm”, a weight that make it sit up well. well.
My floats are signed or initialled and dated. If you order a bespoke set, then at time of ordering I can add the buyer’s name to the floats.
I would recommend the use of a soft float rubber band, to help protect your float.
