A tradition vintage style Grayling fishing float.

Description
This float is made from a balsa body & Crow quill stems & pink over yellow painted tips, next, next it has been dressed and lined using red/blue jasper (vintage Gudebrod) and peach and black silk thread. Finally, they all have a minimum of 10 coats of lacquer.
The length is 14.5 cm
With all handmade floats the cocking weight might very a little, these are 2.4 gm”, a weight that make it sit up well.
My floats are signed or initialled and dated. If you order a bespoke set, then at time of ordering I can add the buyer’s name to the floats.
I would recommend the use of a soft float rubber band, to help protect your float.
