A set of three Traditional style crow quill bodied antenna floats.

Description

These floats are made from a stained balsa body with a crow Quill tip painted red over yellow and a cane stem. Next; they are dressed and lined using red/black jasper (vintage Gudebrod) and yellow and black silk thread. Finally, they all have a minimum of 10 coats of lacquer.

The lengths are 23.5,22.2 & 18.3 cm

With all handmade floats the cocking weight might very a little, these take 2, 3, &4 AAA+ a weight that makes the float sit up well.

My floats are signed or initialled and dated. If you order a bespoke set, then at time of ordering I can add the buyer’s name.

Tip colour options – Yellow, Red, Orange, Purple, Pink, Blue or Green

I would recommend the use of a soft float rubber band, to help protect your float.
